The City of Refuge is currently in the midst of a major Capital Campaign with plans to purchase land to house their own facility. The church is currently housed in a leased facility at 6692 Antoine Drive.

The purchase of the land/property would afford City of Refuge & their outreach ministry, Rapha House, the opportunity to more effectively carry out the vision for the ministry in such ways as a:

• Youth Community Center
• Transitional Housing for those infected by HIV/AIDS
• On-site Health Clinic
• House of Bread Food Pantry & Kitchen
• Skills 4 Life Center
• New Birth Clothing Center
• New Birth Hair Salon
• Credit Union
• Music School
