Pastor Brian Galloway is the organizing Pastor of City of Refuge Interdenominational Church, Inc., Rapha House Outreach Center, Inc. (the outreach ministry of City of Refuge and a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the fight against HIV/AIDS, especially in communities of color.), and Perfecting Ministers Alliance located in Northwest Houston, Texas.
Pastor Brian has been in ministry since 1995 and has served under great men of God such as the late Dr. Robert J. Anderson (Powerhouse COGIC), Bishop Rufus Kyles, Jr. (Evangelist Temple COGIC), and Pastor Jerome Nelson, Sr. (Spirit of Life Fellowship of Churches). Pastor Brian currently serves as the Second Administrative Assistant under Flamekeepers Fellowship of Pastors where Pastor Gerald T. Dolphus is Presiding Presbyter and Spiritual Father. Pastor Brian is a graduate of the College of Biblical Studies holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Leadership. He has also studied on the Masters level at Dallas Theological Seminary. Pastor Brian is an excellent trainer in Biblical Leadership, helping church leaders and their staffs discover the qualities that equip them to be godly servant leaders. Pastor Brian believes that his assignment in the body of Christ is to help mature the body for effective end-time ministry. His thrust in ministry is deliverance.
Pastor Brian is also a graduate of Microcomputer Technology Institute with an Associate Degree in Computer Aided Business and a Licensed Cosmetologist from the Vogue College of Cosmetology.
Pastor Brian has been married for 22 years to his beautiful wife Eva. They have 3 children: Melani, Markus, and Carly.
